Located in the semi-rural borough of Southborough between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, this converted Victorian warehouse offers a quiet (non-industrial estate) environment with an excellent choice of local shops and other amenities.

It has easy access to the A21, M25 and M20, and is also well served by public transport, being close to two mainline railway stations: Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge.

The Southborough Centre is convenient for journeys to Gatwick, Stanstead and Heathrow. Ashford International with its Eurostar connections to Paris, Brussels and Lille is also just 45 minutes away.
